A Podcast Virtual Assistant is someone who specializes in podcasting and assists with handling the logistics of running your show. A PVA can give you exactly what you’re looking for; more time to work on other projects without sacrificing the quality of your show.

What types of tasks do PVA handle?

Think of a PVA as you would an office manager, they ensure that things move smoothly. Many PVAs offer packages with tiered services; hence, it’s important to know your budget and your needs before engaging a PVA.  With that being said there are some general items that you should expect from a PVA.

General PVA Tasks:

  • Schedule guests

  • Develop Social Media Schedule

  • Create podcast clips with graphics

  • Assist with pitching sponsors

  • Create Show Notes

  • Follow-up with guest after the show
